Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Brass City Hub ("the Service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Brass City Hub is a local business directory and information service for Moradabad. We verify listings on a best-effort basis but businesses remain responsible for the accuracy of their own information. Always confirm critical details (prices, timings, availability) directly with the business.

3. Listings

• Basic listings are free. Submitting a listing grants us the right to display and format the submitted information.
• You must be authorised to submit a business you list.
• We may edit for clarity, decline or remove listings that are inaccurate, unlawful or misleading.

4. Reviews & user content

• Reviews must reflect genuine personal experience. Fake, paid or retaliatory reviews are removed and may lead to a ban.
• No unlawful, defamatory, obscene or infringing content.
• You retain ownership of your content but grant us a licence to display it on the Service.

5. Acceptable use

No scraping at scale, no attempts to breach security, no impersonation of businesses or other users, and no use of listed contact details for bulk unsolicited marketing.

6. Paid services

Premium placements are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled anytime, effective the next billing cycle. Paid placement never alters review scores or verification status.

7. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". We are not a party to any transaction between you and a listed business and are not liable for their services, products or conduct. Our total liability is limited to amounts paid to us in the preceding 3 months.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.
